You can join the discussion on Playground Games' Fable on the OC3D Forums. Myst will be heading to Xbox Series XS, Xbox One, and Windows 10 PC (also available via Xbox Game Pass) from 26th August, running at up to 4K resolution (1440p on Series S) and 60fps on Xbox. Sadly, Fable has no release date at this time and appears to be far from release. Xbox Series X and PC gamers can expect to " Explore a land of fantastical creatures and wondrous places" when Fable released. This new entry in the series will be developed from the ground up, sharing nothing with Lionhead's abandoned Fable Legends, which was designed to be a free-to-play multiplayer-focused service. Like other games in the Fable series, Microsoft's new Fable will be a character-focused RPG within an open world. Myst Trilogy (Mac), The Chessmaster 9000 (Mac), Jim Hensons Bear in the Big Blue House (PS), Racing Simulation 3 (PC).

Unfortunately, the trailer below doesn't amount to anything more than a teaser, and even then this trailer isn't even using in-engine footage. There are four different endings to Myst, and perhaps unsurprisingly, most of them are bad endings with the player ending up trapped in certain spots. Most of them are bad endings leaving the player trapped. The game will be coming from the studio behind the Forza Horizon, Playground Games, one of Microsoft's leading development houses. The player can encounter a total of four different endings in Myst. Microsoft and Playground Games has confirmed that a new Fable game is in development for PC and Xbox Series X, acting as a 'new beginning for the legendary franchise.'
